We are a small-scale family run smallholding. In fact, it’s just my wife and I, our son Guy (age 2 yrs) and Jack the Labrador (age 7 yrs). And for very good reason, we are a low-volume producer. By rearing a small number of animals, we can assure that we give each and every animal the very best attention and animal husbandry – helping ensure the highest standards of animal welfare. We don’t have a sprawling commercial premises; we have a modest country smallholding. By keeping a small number of animals, we also ensure each animal gets adequate and proper space – both inside and out – to rest, eat, forage and root.
We’re passionate about what we do. We’re also immensely proud of what we do, and want to showcase our product at its best. We’re small, but we’re knowledgeable and professional. We know what makes outstanding pork, and we know what makes first-class outdoor catering. Our passion runs through everything we do – and we think it’s evident… to the last bite.
